This FUN FAT BLASTING workout incorporates both Mat Pilates and Cardio Interval Training.
Enjoy the strength and flexibility benefits of Pilates combined with short bursts of cardio fitness intervals. This training technique will help you
burn more fat and calories than regular cardio or Pilates alone.

Even though this workout is only 30 minutes, you will work up a sweat!
The best part is when you are finished, you will feel powerful and full of energy!
